The TRIUMPH Project seeks to enhance maternal and neonatal healthcare by focusing on capacity building through initiatives in Addressing birth asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Preventing, managing, and providing follow-up care for high-risk pregnancies.
